Week of April 26-30 

Thursday of this week we will have an Elearning day.  Please be sure your student completes his or her work.  Friday is Oaks Day and there is NO SCHOOL.   Have a GREAT Derby week!

ILEARN 

State testing will continue this coming week.  Grade 4, 5 and  MSO students will test this week.  All testing begins in the morning.  Please be sure your student is ON TIME to school and be sure your student gets a good night’s rest prior to testing.  If you have any questions about testing times please reach out to your child’s teacher.

Morning Arrival Reminder

Our doors open at 8:40 in the morning.  Students should not arrive prior to that time or exit cars before 8:40.

PTO News

Our online Paragon fundraiser has been extended a week!  We have already had orders placed and people have received their items.  It’s THAT fast to order.  All students received information on the sale.  We are working towards trying to purchase the window screens for the front lobby of our school.

Our next PTO family restaurant night will be held Tuesday, May 4th at Sylan Park which is inside of the Oak Park neighborhood.  Sylvan Park address:  https://goo.gl/maps/HEj7ypDUFtZhA3TJ8 We will have 2 different food trucks set up by the basketball court from 4pm-8pm. We will have Parnelli’s for food and Snowies Of Jeffersonville as a treat option.  We hope you will be able to join us!

Monday, April 26: Track Team practice (White)til 4:30pm, 4th Grade Choir til 4:30 pm

Tuesday, April 27:  Academic Team practice til 4:30, Track Team practice (Orange) til 4:30 pm

Wednesday, April 28: 5th Grade Choir til 4:30 pm; Track Team practice (Blue)  til 4:30 pm
