Birthday Reminders- (from the Student Handbook)

In compliance with the GCCS Wellness Policy, cookies, cupcakes and other sweets are NOT ALLOWED to be brought in for Birthday celebrations for students.  You may bring in any type of healthy food such as fruit, low fat muffins, cheese or vegetable items or trinket/birthday goody bags for each student in the class to recognize their special day.  In addition, birthday invitations are not allowed to be distributed at school. These policies are listed in our student handbook.

Car Rider Line

Here are some reminders which will really help in keeping our car rider lines efficient:

In the morning only- the line will be directed to pull all the way down past the car rider slots to begin unloading cars.  Please have your child ready to exit your car when you stop along the sidewalk.  Please pull all the way down (even when it is raining).

Right turns only allowed.  Please make a right turn into the lot and a right turn leaving the lot.  This helps the flow of traffic for everyone.

Reminder that anyone with a student in Prek or Ms. Klink’s classroom should be in the Prek line.  Deliver your other students with your Prek student.  You only need to go through ONE line.
