Walker Parents
Students who are walking will be walked to the edge of the property to walk home. If you are picking your student up via car, please make sure your student is changed to a car rider. Please do not pick up your child from the walker line via car.
Car Rider Parents
Please remember that students may not be let out of cars until 8:40 in the morning.
Student Council
Our Student Council is sponsoring a fundraiser for their community project for Riley Hospital. Riley Grams are also a great way to send love to others here at school. See the attached flier for more details: Riley Gram Note 2023

Paper copies of our student handbook will not be distributed this year. It is also posted on our website: https://riversideeleme.wpenginepowered.com/. Please review the following section with your student regarding cell phones:
Students may bring their cell phones to school but cannot have them out. Cell phones should be turned off and kept in their
backpacks. Cell phones will be permitted for emergency use only. If a student has his/her cell phone out while in school, it
will be confiscated by an adult staff member. The cell phone will not be released back to the student. A parent/guardian
will be called to pick the cell phone up in the school office. The school or its staff is not responsible for lost, damaged or
stolen cell phones. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action. (p. 9)
Yearbooks

The PTO spirit wear drive will run 01/23/2023-02/05/2023. Flyers were sent home last week with the spirit wear store website where orders can be placed until 6PM tonight! https://323ink.chipply.com/res47130/store. The next PTO meeting will be Thursday, Feb. 16 at 6PM.
